Had a great time with friends! The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping was attentive. We visited the Prophet's mosque and enjoyed local shopping. Make sure to ask about the daily water bottles in rooms. they were super handy. Highly recommend staying here for a convenient and enjoyable trip.
We faced a hiccup during check-in, where our reservation had issues that caused a good amount of stress. Despite this, the stay went smoothly afterwards.

The stay was nice with my big family. Our non-service dog. The staff were friendly, and our kids enjoyed the nearby shopping and local sights, which were all within walking distance.

good location but inconsistent service
The staff were friendly and accommodating especially during check-in. The proximity to the mosque made it easy for prayers without any hassle. The room size was decent enough catering to my family's needs. During our stay, the luggage storage facility was also a bonus making our transition smoother.
The housekeeping service was less than satisfactory with some cleanliness issues that affected our overall comfort.
